Grassington House Master Classes
Wednesday 4th & Wednesday 11th November 2009
If you love to eat and cook good food, or if you simply just want to see how John and his team do it, then our Master Classes are just the thing!
Arrival 10am for coffee and mini Yorkshire breakfast.
Demonstrations will then commence at 10.30am
John will guide you through some of his culinary skills offering tips, advice and recipes.
3-course lunch including a glass of wine, coffee and petit fours
Expected finishing time 3.00/3.30pm

Learn how to prepare cook and serve your Christmas lunch like an award winning chef.

Saturday 5th, 12th & 19th December
Due to overwhelming demand The Hog roast will return
positioned on the terrace serving the Rudden Family hand
reared rare breed pork & stuffing muffins, homemade 8oz local
beef burgers & mulled wine.
The Restaurant will be open from 11am serving an individually
priced menu until 5pm
Dinner will be served from 6pm till 9.30pm

What better way to get into the Christmas spirit than by joining us
for a 5-Course gourmet dinner each dish carefully matched with
a glass of fine Champagne. Steve Day will be back to guide us
through a range of styles from small growers to Grande Marques.
